I've been writing ever since college. I really hate doing it and I really hate what I produce, but for some reason I keep doing it. Recently, however, my volume has dwindled immensely. William S. Bouroughs says that the act of writing is the same as casting a spell, and for a while I was writing so much that some pretty bad magic happened.
